Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds – Market City Pharmacy WA
Market City Pharmacy WA accepts returns for eligible products within a reasonable time depending on the product, up to 14 days from delivery. If you wish to return a product or order, please contact us at rebecca@marketcitypharmacy.com including your order number and reason for return.

Eligible Returns
Items may be returned if they are faulty through no fault of your own, do not match the description or sample provided, or have defects that were not obvious or brought to your attention at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Shipping
Once your return has been approved, Market City Pharmacy WA will provide instructions on how to return your item. If the return is due to an error by Market City Pharmacy WA, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, Market City Pharmacy WA will provide either a refund to your original payment method (such as credit card or PayPal or store credit for use at Market City Pharmacy WA.
