Shipping in Australia

We are currently only shipping in Australia.

At Market City Pharmacy WA, our team operates 7 days a week and dispatches orders Monday to Friday via Australia Post to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

At checkout, once you select “Australia” as your shipping destination, you will be presented with the available shipping options and delivery services.

Delivery Address

Where possible, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel (e.g. a work address).

We can also deliver to residential addresses; however, if no one is available at the time of delivery, parcels are typically taken to the nearest post office or collection depot.

You may include delivery instructions at checkout for your parcel to be left at the premises. Please note that Market City Pharmacy cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if authority to leave is provided. Delivery instructions are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post.

We do deliver to PO Box addresses via Australia Post.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • Perth Metro: 1–2 business days

  • Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 3–5 business days (Express: 1–2 business days)

  • Hobart: 5–7 business days (Express: 2–4 business days)

  • Darwin: 6–9 business days (Express not available)
